Little weekly changes

Let’s start the weeks with a New Year’s Resolution to change our habits, since perhaps we have some that are not very healthy.
For example, if you are used to only having a cup of coffee for breakfast, it would be a good resolution to start including some fruit and a small sandwich prepared with animal or vegetable protein, but natural; besides including fresh vegetables and ensuring that the bread grains are 100% integral.

Little weekly changes can help us achieve a truly large goal little by little.
Think about it this way: if we set the goal to drink 7 glasses of water each day, maybe we can start with one glass on the first day, then add one on day 2 and so on until we finally reach day seven drinking 7 glasses of water. Seeing it in this way doesn’t sound so hard, try it.
The same happens if we want to drop a habit, like for example sugary drinks. Try to do a reverse count, depending on the amount that you drink every day. We are sure that you will be able to stop consuming it, especially if you also remember the amount of sugar that you’re avoiding every time that you don’t consume that soda or sugary drink.
It’s all the same whether it’s a planned goal that you have set for yourself or planned for your children, because adults at home are the ones in charge of the choosing and purchase of food. If you want to diminish your amount of sweets, including cookies or sugary drinks, this is a good plan to accomplish that.
