Beef with nopalitos in tomato sauce

Ingredients:
• 1 pound of beef (chopped into small pieces)
• 2 cups of raw nopales [cactus leaves] (finely chopped)
• 1 large cooked potato (chopped into small pieces)
• 3 fresh tomatoes
• 2 serrano peppers
• ½ onion
•1 clove garlic
preparation:
-Roast the peppers, onions and tomatoes.
-Blend all the ingredients to make the sauce and season for 5 min.
-Sear the meat with finely chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper.
-Add the sauce, add a little bit of salt and let boil over low heat.
-Cooke apart the nopales and potatoes and incorporate them at the end.
-Let boil a little bit more, and accompany this dish with white rice.
