Fish in green sauce

Ingredients:
• 6 pieces of tilapia or white fish
• salt and pepper to taste
• 5 tomatillos
• 1 cilantro sprig
• 3 green peppers
• ½ onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Prepare the tomato sauce, you can boil the tomatillos and peppers, and then blend them with the onion and garlic; or you can also roast the tomatillos, peppers, garlic and onion, and then blend all together.
- Once the tomatillo sauce is ready, fry it over low heat and add 1 cup of water.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and pepper to marinate the fish fillets.
- In a hot pan, seal piece by piece, because the egg will prevent the fish from separating.
- Add the pieces of fish in the tomatillo sauce and the cilantro sprig.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes and serve warm with a little bit of white rice.
