Pickled chicken with vegetables


Ingredients:

• 6 pieces of chicken (legs or thighs)

• 1 ½ onion

• 4 cloves of garlic

• ¼ cup of vinegar

• ½ tbsp. of oregano

• 1 tbsp. of olive oil

• 2 potatoes

• 2 carrots

• salt and pepper

Preparation

• Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

• Heat the olive oil, seal the chicken and let it brown a little.

• Blend onion and garlic with the vinegar and add it to the chicken.

• Add oregano and raw vegetables, chopped.

• Cover the saucepan and let it simmer.
