Baked fish with vegetables for 4 people with $5

Ingredients:
• 4 fish fillets (Tilapia) $3.00
• 1 zucchini cut into strips $0.25
• 1 carrot cut into strips $0.25
• 1 bunch of spinach $0.75
• ½ sliced onion $0.25
• 1 cup of white rice (raw) $0.25
• 4 cloves of garlic $0.25
• salt and pepper
Process:
-Prepare white rice with salt and water only (don’t use artificial butter or seasonings).
-On a single sheet of aluminum foil, place each fish fillet and season with salt and pepper.
-In each one add chopped garlic, onion, zucchini, carrot and spinach.
-Make a pocket by joining the foil paper edges.
-Pre-heat the oven to 425º F and bake the fish for 15 minutes.
-Be careful when opening it and accompany it with the rice.
