Coleslaw


Ingredients:

• 2 cups of purple and green cabbage

• ½ cup of onion

• 1 cup of carrots

• ¾ cup of Greek natural yogurt

• 1 lime (only the juice)

• Salt, garlic salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

-Finely chop the vegetables.

-Mix the lemon juice with yogurt, salt, garlic salt and pepper to make a liquid mixture.

-Mix in the vegetables little by little.

This garnish can be accompanied with freshly prepared potato pancakes.
