Mango Pico with grill animal protein (chicken, beef or fish)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of fresh mango

• 2 cups of avocado

• ½ cup of red onion

• ½ cup of jicama

• ½ cup of cilantro

•1 jalapeño pepper (no seeds)

• 2 limes (juice)

• ½ tsp. salt

• pepper, cumin and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

-Chop all the ingredients

-In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

-Serve cool or at room temperature.

-Use grill protein as chicken, beef or fish.
