Delicious marinade chicken with hibiscus water

INGREDIENTS
• Chicken legs
MARINADE
(You surely already have these ingredients at home)
• 3 dry ancho peppers
• 1 tomato
• onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 cold tortilla in pieces
• 3 slices of white bread
• 6 black peppers
• 6 cloves
• 1 tbsp. of dried oregano
• 1 cinnamon stick
• of chocolate tablet
• Pinch of salt
HIBISCUS WATER
• 1 ½ cups of hibiscus tea (Hibiscus flowers previously boiled in 1 liter of water)
• natural water
• 1/3 cup sugar
• ice
Preparation:
• Cooked chicken legs without skin
MARINADE
• Sauté in a frying pan peppers, tomato, onion, garlic, tortilla and bread in pieces.
• Blend together with the rest of the ingredients.
• Cook that sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, and add salt (be careful because the sauce can splatter), before adding the chicken.
HIBISCUS WATER
• Mix the water with the hibiscus tea and sugar in a jar.
• Finally, add ice if you want the water fresher.
* Serve over fresh lettuce, and accompany it with a corn tortilla, and fresh hibiscus water.
