Tuna burgers with avocado cream

Ingredients:
• 2 cans of tuna; or chicken (cooked and shredded)
• 2 egg whites
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 serrano peppers
• ½ onion
• chopped cilantro
Avocado cream
• ½ cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 avocado
• salt and pepper to taste
• lime
• 2 serrano peppers chopped (optional)
Preparation:
-Prepare the avocado cream first, by liquefying avocado, yogurt, salt, pepper; and if you want, add the serrano peppers chopped finely.
-In a bowl, mix tuna (or chicken) with the egg whites, salt, pepper and all the vegetables (onion, tomato and cilantro) finely chopped.
-In a pan: Heat 2 tbsp. of olive oil, put a spoonful of the mixture and cook completely before turning it over.
These pancakes will be the meat of the hamburger that can be served with, or without, bread.
Put the avocado cream over the pancake.
