Let’s make the resolutions for the beginning of the year
What are yours? Physical activity, drink more water, eat more vegetables, stop drinking sugary drinks, reduce the consumption of bread? There are so many changes we can make to improve our health, and the best thing is that it’s never too late to do it.
Were you among the people who ate everything you crave or were you among the ones who controlled themselves? If you were one of those who ate without limit, fortunately —for you— the holidays are over and we should not give free rein to the cravings. Now it’s time to return to order.

It’s a good time to look for those healthy eating classes that you need, or maybe educate in some of the programs that teach you how to grow fruits and vegetables in your home. Maybe your interest is to learn to identify the nutrients of food or learn to modify your recipes to cook healthier.
There are programs for everything in the area and the best thing is that most of them have no cost, there are accessible hours and in several of them they even offer child care, in case you need it.
There is no excuse to start 2019 with the best attitude, starting to fulfill your goals, big or small, in the short, medium or long term. So ... Start now!
