Potato Lasagna
Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground turkey or beef 90/10
• 2 chopped fresh red tomatoes
• ½ chopped onion
• 1 grated carrot
• 1 cup of broccoli
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp. of butter
• fresh spinach
• 4 large potatoes
• 10 slices mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
-In a frying pan, sauté the onion (without oil) and immediately add the ground meat, the chopped tomatoes without seeds, salt and pepper, and let it cook very well.
- Once the meat is ready, finely chop the broccoli and add to the meat. Let it cook for a few more minutes, and at the end add the spinach.
-Wash potatoes perfectly and slice them into very thin slices.
-Place a layer in a square pan, previously covered with a little butter. Then, put a layer of cheese and a layer of meat. Repeat the procedure for at least 3 levels.
-Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
-Decorate with parsley and serve with a green salad.
