Don’t overeat on Thanksgiving Day

The celebration of Thanksgiving Day is here and we can’t help but to meet with friends, family, and acquaintances in order to share moments of joy and where food always plays an important role and is the guest of honor.

There are those who get together before in order to prepare the dishes together and that’s the starting point of eating and eating and eating all the way up until Monday when all of us get back to our routine. That’s why we should call it Thanksgiving Half-week.

Never stop celebrating, we just want you to be conscious of the way in which you will do it because we allow ourselves to get away with a lot during this season.

That’s why we want to give you easy recommendations such as using natural fruits and vegetables, avoiding canned and bottled products; don’t exceed the use of sweetening milks for desserts, instead use regular sugar or stevia. If you can, consume drinks made out of natural fruits.

Remember that these are just some healthy recommendations and you don’t have to do all of them; but if you start with one, it will be a great step towards taking care of yourself, since the celebration season will go on until February and we wouldn’t want your health to be affected.
