Ingredients:
• 1 pound of ground turkey
• 1 potato, cooked and chopped
• 1 carrot, cooked and chopped
• 1 cup of green beans, cooked and chopped
• 1 tomato
• ½ onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 package of puff pastry
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 serrano peppers to taste
• 1 egg
Process
-In a hot pan, put the ground meat with finely chopped garlic and onion and season with salt and pepper. It is not necessary to add oil on it, because the meat will release its own fat quickly.
-Before the meat is ready, add the tomato sauce that you prepared with the rest of the onion and the tomato.
-Let it boil, add the bay leaf and at the end incorporated the vegetables. If you want, you can add the chopped peppers.
-Remove from heat and let cool.
-Prepare a baking dish with a little butter and sprinkle some flour so that the pasta does not stick to it.
-Roll the puff pastry and divide it into two parts. The first part will be used to cover the entire dish.
-Once the dish is covered, spread the meat over it, and cover the dish with the remaining pastry.
-Fold the edges of the pastry in order to close it perfectly, so that the meat doesn’t come out.
-Beat the egg with a little bit of water and brush the pastry.
-Bake at 350 for 20 min.
