Cactus leaves and egg soup

Ingredients:
• 3 cups of cactus leaves
• 5 dried guajillo peppers
• 4 dried tree peppers
• 4 red tomatoes
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups of mushrooms
• 2 garlics
• ½ onion
• salt
Preparation
- Boil peppers and tomatoes.
- Blend with garlic, onion and the water where you boiled the peppers to make a stew. Add salt and let it boil over medium heat.
- Add cactus leaves and mushrooms cut into small pieces and boil for 10 more minutes.
- When the vegetables are soft, increase the intensity of the heat, and add the eggs moving with a fork, so it can cook with the high temperature and at the same time separate into strips.
This soup is served hot.
