Chicken, spinach, Swiss chard and cheese pie

Ingredients:
• 2 sheets of puff pastry
• ½ onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• ½ cooked and shredded chicken breast
• 1 cup chopped mushrooms
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 1 cup of fresh spinach
• 1 cup Swiss chard
• 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg
Process:
- Spread a little oil with your fingers on a round or square ovenproof dish and spread the puff pastry to cover the entire dish.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Incorporate chicken, mushrooms and pepper, and let them fry a little.
- Add finely chopped Swiss chard and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- When everything is incorporated and the leaves have decreased in size, pour the mixture into the dish and cover with the mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the dish with the other sheet of puff pastry and varnish it with the egg wash so that it is colored.
- Bake at 350º C for 20 minutes.
Let the dish’s temperature go down before eating, so you don’t burn your mouth.
