Hamburgers
Ingredients:

• 1 ½ lb. non-fat ground beef (it can also be chicken)
• 2 egg
• 1 cup of ground cereal flakes
• ¼ chopped onion
• 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
• 2 chipotle peppers finely chopped
• ½ cup chopped parsley
• ground pepper
• garlic salt
• 1 tbsp. of Maggi juice
• 2 tbsp. of olive oil
To assemble:
• hamburger bread
• sliced tomato
• lettuce leaves
• avocado
• sliced onion
• cheese
Process:
-In a bowl, mix the ground meat with egg and incorporate the rest of the ingredients little by little until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Make meat balls the size of your hand, that's the perfect measure.
-Flatten this little ball between the palms of your hands, but don’t leave them too thick so the center can cook well.
-Put them on a tray and when you finish making this process with all the meat, cover the tray with plastic and put it in the freezer for 1 hour. That way it will be easier to handle the meat when you put it in the pan or on the grill.
-Once the first side is cooked, turn the meat over and on top of the cooked side put the slice of cheese, so it can melt.
-When you put the meat on the bread on the table, be sure to put slices of tomato, perfectly disinfected lettuce leaves, avocado and sliced onions in a refractory, so everyone can put what they like on their hamburgers.
