Chicken salad

Ingredients:
• 1 whole chicken breast $2.50
• 2 carrots $0.25
• 2 potatoes $0.50
• 1 stalk of celery $0.25
• 3 broccolis $0.50
• 3 cuffs of arugula $0.75
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise $0.25
Process
- Cook the chicken with a clove of garlic and when ready, shred it.
- Peel and finely chop carrots and potatoes to cook.
- Wash and finely chop celery, broccoli and arugula.
- In a refractory deep, or mix all the vegetables with chicken and mayonnaise.
This dish is served cold
