Pork meat with chard and chopped green tomatillo


Ingredients:

• 1 pound of finely chopped pork $2.50

• ½ onion $0.25

• 1 clove of garlic

• 4 chopped green tomatoes $1.00

• 1 finely chopped chipotle pepper $0.25

• A sprig of fresh Swiss chard $1.00

• salt and pepper to taste

Process:

-Sauté the pork meat and then cook it with a little salt.

-In a pan, fry the chopped garlic and onion.

-Incorporate chopped tomatoes and chipotle pepper.

-At the end, add the chopped Swiss chard and salt and pepper.

-When it is well seasoned, add the pork without broth.

This stew is eaten hot.
