The milk


How complicated it is to go to buy some milk! Wow, among so many options for sale, you don’t know which one to choose!

The problem is that people get confused and don’t know which milk to buy; maybe they don’t need it or don’t like milk, but we have grown up with the theory that milk is an indispensable part of our diet, as is cereal. In addition, they constantly tell us that the calcium it contains is indispensable for our body, but much more for children.

Wow, so much information about milk!

The bad thing is that we forget that other foods also give us calcium and it’s only because we see a commercial of the new presentations of milk that we think we should now take it.

It is good to mention that now in most supermarkets we have available milks of vegetable origin (almond, coconut, soy) and animal origin (cow’s milk commonly); but in these two varieties there are at least 6 or 7 different brands of companies that offer them, without counting the variety of flavors and percentages of fat that they include (pink cap, light blue, dark blue and red).

All this is a lot of information and it is necessary to learn about the benefits of consuming milk, in addition to identifying what other foods provide us with calcium.
