The art of cooking
Who hasn’t used the phrases: “I have run out of recipes”, “I don’t know what I’m going to prepare today”, “I’m bored with cooking”?
Most of the time we don’t find the positive side to the preparation of the food, and the skills of cooking are almost never recognized. One might think it is easy, but the art of seasoning is a gift that is perfected with time and the constant preparation of food.
If you find this positive part to the exhausting cooking activity, you’ll realize that you have in your favor a powerful family bonding tool to be used at the moment you decide.
There isn’t much better than to have all the friends of your children at home on weekends, just because you prepare the best noodle soup with pieces of beef or because you are the expert in waffles with fruits, according to the comments of your daughter’s best friends.
Don’t get frustrated because you have to cook, but rather help yourself with a guide or a weekly menu that allows you to plan what you are going to prepare for the whole week; and if your budget allows it, leave a day off to eat something affordable somewhere in the outdoors, for example, grilled meat in the park in the company of your loved ones.
