Starting the day right
The best way to start your day is to wake up having good purposes. Start your day with a thank you, stretch and think positive things. For example, if you are a housewife perhaps you can motivate yourself by preparing a new healthy recipe; but if you work and have a lunch schedule, take your sneakers and go walk for a few minutes, that will give you a different energy to end the work day.

No matter what you have pending for this day, think you can enjoy it. You have a lot of work? Then motivate yourself for the lunch hour, prepare your food the day before and do not stay hungry, buy containers that you like and put them in a backpack or bag of food that has your favorite colors, prepare fresh fruit water and enjoy your meals. It is always possible to see things from the angle of happiness. Remember that everything you do and the decisions you make have a consequence.
If you are trying to make changes in your life, we recommend that you start with food. Do not skip the meal times (which should be three) and enjoy your snacks (which must be two) and drink at least 5 glasses of water each day.
