Are you really hungry?

How difficult it is to control stress when we don’t know how to identify it and we confuse it with hunger or the desire to eat the things we like without measure.
Many times we don’t identify that we are thirsty and think that we are hungry, that is why it is very important to respect the three meal times and snack times, so as not to let the mind make us think that we need food. Another thing we can do is take a glass of water between meals, to avoid being thirsty.
Maybe you are one of those people who gives free rein to their cravings or who goes from the tastes of salty foods to sweets; without realizing that they are not hungry but that what they have are cravings.
Remember that eating and drinking water is vital for your body. Don’t let nerves or stress take control of your life. The control over your decisions is yours.
