Breakfast
You don’t know what to have for breakfast today because you have little time? Don’t worry, it will be easier if you plan it the previous night with what you have on hand in your refrigerator, or if you can plan your purchases for the whole week following your morning tastes.
Leave everything previously organized, such as chopped fruit and store it in containers with lid so that it doesn’t dry out or acquire an unpleasant taste in the refrigerator. Store the ingredients —chopped fruits and/or vegetables— in separate plastic bags to prepare your smoothies or juices. Prepare a sandwich the night before and leave it in the refrigerator in a plastic bag; or maybe, if you like to take oatmeal you can leave it soaking the night before in water or milk, based on your preference. That way, the next morning it will be very easy to eat it only hydrated or if you put it to boil, the cooking process will take less time.
Everything is a matter of planning. Buy a bag to take your lunch to work and that way every day you can eat healthy things that you prepared; and you will be able to save the money you spent on buying fast food.
Do the test starting tomorrow and put in a pot the money you planned to spend on your lunch every day, and at the end of the week you will see the results of your savings and the best part: the benefits in your health will be very clear.
