Bolognese Potato lasagna with meat


Ingredients:

• 5 cooked and peeled potatoes

• 1 pound ground chicken meat (can be blend or passed through the food processor)

• salt and pepper

• ½ chopped onion

• 2 tbsp. of Greek yogurt

• 4 tomatoes

• 3 garlic cloves

• bay leaves

• 1 cup of mozzarella cheese

• oregano

preparation:

- With a fork, mash the potatoes, add the yogurt, salt and pepper.

- Cook the ground meat with a little onion, 2 garlic cloves and season to taste.

- Boil the tomatoes with the laurel leaves; and liquefy them with ½ onion and 1 garlic, without water. Season the sauce with oregano and mix it with the meat.

- In a baking pan, put a layer of potatoes, a layer of stewed meat and so on to finish.

- Make sure to end with a layer of potatoes, so that you can top it with the cheese.

- Bake for 10 minutes before serving.
