Maintaining a healthy body
Maintaining our body healthy should be our motivation at this time to help us modify certain behaviors or customs that we have acquired, which only leave us with negative results.
This phrase encompasses so many benefits for our lives, that we never realize what that means until we feel sick, not only physically but also emotionally.

Imagine a woman who needs to work two shifts, because her income is essential for the economy of her home. Her husband works all day in very heavy physical activities, exposed to extreme weather. Both focus only on work, and they have not learned to take care of the most valuable thing they have, which is their health. In the morning they buy prepared food in a place near their house, and drink sugary drinks throughout the day. In addition, both of them don’t take care of their body against the weather conditions and the products to which they are exposed.
Unfortunately, these people may be prone to have some disease if they continue with those habits. They will be worried most of the time, because they will want to work with the same strength that they did before; but because their health is affected, it does not let them.
What would happen if those same people, having the same jobs, prepare their food at home and take their lunch every day, and instead of drinking sodas all day, replace it with natural fruit waters?
Surely, the end of the story could be different.
