Recipes: Healthy drinks to enjoy the World Cup
Cucumber, lemon and mint water
• 1 cucumber
• 4 lemons (juice)
• 10 mint leaves
• 6 tbsp. of Splenda
• Ice
- Peel the cucumber and liquefy it with the juice of the lemons, mint leaves and ice cubes.
- In a 1-gallon jug, sweeten natural water with Splenda.
- Add the mixture and serve very cold.

Strawberry water with lemon
• 2 cups of strawberries
• 3 lemons (juice)
• 6 tbsp. from Splenda
•Ice
- Wash the strawberries perfectly, blend them with the juice of the lemons and ice.
- In a 1-gallon jug, sweeten natural water with Splenda.
- Add the mixture.
* Remember that this drink can’t be stored for a long time because the strawberries can ferment soon.
Jamaica water and ginger
• 2 cups of hibiscus flowers
• 2 small slices of ginger
• 6 tbsp. from Splenda
•Ice
-Boil the hibiscus flowers with ginger and let cool.
- In a 1-gallon jug, sweeten natural water with Splenda.
- Mix everything, and finally add the ice.
