If you have diabetes or a family member is diabetic, surely you have many doubts in regards to the management of the disease. Maybe you don’t know how to have the proper diet or maybe you don’t understand the use of medications to control it. Maybe your doctor recommended you to take a diabetic-feeding class in a clinic or hospital, but in the end all the information was very technical and you still don’t understand how and what you should eat.
The control of diabetes is complex because we don’t know how to recognize food. We don’t know which ones have natural fat (not the one that comes from cooking oil); or what foods are in the group of vegetables with starch, and therefore you have to eat in small portions. Some people think that protein only comes from meat and they forget about legumes.

The point is that not only people who are sick should learn to eat healthier, in fact, we should all eat well, and in that way we would avoid becoming sick. The habit of eating healthy at home, in appropriate portions and schedules, consuming fresh foods and drinking natural water would take us away from the possibility of having diabetes and other diseases.
Get engaged and participate in the various healthy eating workshops, taking classes for pleasure to prevent diseases is better than having to take them to cure from diseases.
