Eating healthy

When thinking about eating healthy, we imagine that we have to face a big problem, because we are going to stop eating what we like so much, and that is a myth.
Eating healthy is the opportunity to live better, with more physical strength, with better humor, with more illusions, because we have the mood to do things. Eating healthy gives us the opportunity to get away from illness and depression, not to mention the money we can save for the expense of medicines.
Eating healthy should be a way of life and if we taught ourselves from a young age, it would be much better to learn it while teaching us to brush our teeth three times a day for oral hygiene. Eating healthy should not be so difficult if we learned from childhood how to recognize what we are eating whenever we are hungry.
Some may think that it is already difficult to learn, but it is never too late to make a change that leaves many benefits.
As a first step, start by recognizing that you don’t have good habits, that you eat more than you should, that you prefer unhealthy foods; the second step would be to recognize that you are overweight; and the third, give yourself time to learn from the programs around you that can take you by the hand to change.
Remember, eating healthy is the best decision we can make!
