Pork meat with potatoes and purslane in green sauce, with only $ 5.

• 1 lb. pork meat $2.00
• 1 potato $0.25
• 4 green tomatoes $1.00
• ½ onion $0.25
• 1 bunch of purslane $ 1.50
Process:
- Chop the meat into small pieces, seal it and then cook it with a little water.
- Peel and chop the potato into small pieces.
- Blend onion and tomatillos, and simmer it in a medium saucepan.
- Add the pork, a little bit of the broth and the potatoes to the green sauce. Let it cook perfectly.
- A few minutes before its done, add the purslane —previously clean and without stem— to the stew; and let it boil for 10 minutes more.
- This dish is served hot and can be accompanied with white or red rice.
