Benefits and properties of food

It’s very important to learn to recognize the benefits and properties of each food, as well as to know which group each of them belongs to, because this way we will know in a conscious way that we can’t omit them in the preparation of our daily meals. Eating all kinds of food is good, but it is important that there is no lack of those that are of vital importance for the proper development of our body.

When our children are small, we please their tastes and offer them to eat only those dishes they like, without realizing the serious mistake we are making by taking away the opportunity to consume vegetables that are basic. Your children can say they don’t like them just because they have not tried them, but you can use your imagination to make them eat them; because otherwise they will be denied the opportunity to consume potassium, fiber, folic acid and vitamins A, E and C.

The same goes for adults who get used to not eating fruits. There are people who can spend a week without eating them, although they have them at home, because they assume that it is a food for children. Fruits is a group of basic foods for the human being, its variety of flavors, textures and colors give us fiber and a wide variety of vitamins that the body needs.

Consume the vitamins that come from natural products instead of buying them in a pill.
