Reconfiguring our goals
January is the month in which we prepare to write down all the goals that we will try to fulfill throughout the year.
Usually, we tend to make plans related to goals that are physically reflected. That is, we think about losing weight, buying a new car, traveling, etc., because we see them easily. But it is not common to set plans related to emotional stability or spirituality or connected with nature, because we don’t see those things.
Without realizing it, we are giving up thinking about a great help to maintain our health and inner peace, which is a very important part of the balance that every human being needs.
It’s important to keep the body in balance, but emotional and financial peace are also two other areas where we must focus, because one can sleep better if he/she knows that he/she has his finances in control to pay the outstanding bills. Also one will sleep better if he/she is not related to people of a conflictive nature or people who are emotionally negative.
All these things are also part of our health, and many times they don’t occupy a place in our priorities. Therefore, we invite you to make a better plan for 2018 that also includes contact with nature.
