Meatloaf with vegetables for 6 people with $5 budget

Ingredients:
• 2 pounds of ground turkey $3.20
• 1 chopped carrots $0.20
• 1 chopped potato $0.20
• 1 cup chopped green beans $0.20
• 2 tbsp. mustard $0.10
• 2 tbsp. of ketchup $0.10
• Salt and pepper $0.10
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs $0.20
• 1 egg $0.20
• 2 strips of chopped bacon $0.50
Process:
- Wash vegetables thoroughly, peel carrots and potatoes. Finely chop vegetables.
- In a large bowl, mix the meat with mustard, ketchup, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Add the vegetables, salt and pepper.
- In a baking pan, put the meat on top of the chopped bacon and set it to make a uniform layer. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 35min. at 375º. Before taking it out, remove the foil to verify that the meatloaf is fully cooked.
- This dish can be accompanied with a salad.
