Pasta primavera with ground turkey for 4 people with a budget of $ 10

Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground turkey $2
• ¼ pack of noodle pasta, cooked and drained $.50
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese $1
• 2 tbsp. of butter $.10
• 1 medium onion finely chopped $.50
• 2 garlic cloves finely chopped $.10
• 1 pound of asparagus cut diagonally $1.50
• ½ pound of cauliflower separated into small pieces $1
• ½ pound of chopped mushrooms $1
• 1 large zucchini, cut into slices $.30
• 1 carrot finely chopped $.10
• 2 tablespoons basil, fresh and chopped $.10
• ½ tbsp. of oregano $.10
• 5 pearl onions cut in quarters $1.50
• 3 tbsp. of chopped parsley $.20
Process:
- In a pan, brown the meat.
- In a saucepan heat butter, add onion, pearl onions and garlic and sauté for about one minute.
- Add asparagus, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini and carrot with a little water and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- At the end add pasta and meat and leave a few minutes until vegetables are cooked and flavors are mixed.
- Serve and decorate with parsley, basil and cheese.
