Dessert
To avoid suffering the consequences of being overweight after the Christmas season we have given some recommendations:
• The first one was to eat small portions, so you don’t end up craving anything.
• The second was: do not drink sugary drinks. Instead, take 8 glasses of natural water daily.
Now we will give you another one that is very important: avoid desserts.
This season is full of chocolates, puddings, cookies and cakes. Each dessert alone contains 200 to 600 calories, depending on its preparation.
Make it your resolution to eat only a small portion of a dessert that you really like. Remember that in every family or friends gathering, it’s never missing and it is at the end of the dinner.
This is the hardest part to avoid, but if you do, at the end of the season you will not struggle with being overweight and the consequences that come with it.
Remember that our goal is to help you create a culture of health. Our desire is to provide you with simple recommendations that you can easily follow to gradually change some eating habits and make better decisions.
