Season’s recommendations

Getting back with the theme of paying attention to the way we eat during this Holiday season we remind you that the first recommendation was to avoid overeating, serving small portions, so you are not left with cravings for anything.

The second recommendation is to avoid sugary drinks. The best thing is to eliminate the consumption of soft drinks/sodas, coffee with sugary creams, punches, juices, etc., because several dishes and desserts already contain too many sweeteners.

We recommend drinking natural water, but if you don’t usually do it during the day, we suggest you do the following:

* Start your day taking 1 glass of water upon waking,

* Then take 2 glasses, one at 9 and another at 10.

* During lunch take 1 glass and, (here we have already taken 4)

* One more at 2 o'clock in the afternoon,

* In the afternoon you will have 2 glasses and, (now we have 7 glasses)

* In the evening the last glass of water before sleeping.

This way you will drink 8 glasses of water a day and that will help you to have better digestion, feel more active, have your skin hydrated; and the best thing is that you will avoid sugary drinks.

Unfortunately, this season of the year is accompanied by many cravings and that leads us to gain weight and being overweight brings health problems.
