• 1 tablespoon of butter $0.20
• 1 cup of milk $0.50
• salt and pepper to taste
Water:
• tamarind pulp $0.86
• sugar to taste
• Water
preparation:
- To cook faster and have a tender meat, place it in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover the meat, add a quarter piece of onion, the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. When the pot begins to release steam and emit a sound, cook for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove the ends of the green beans and cut into pieces.
- Clean pasilla peppers by deveining and removing the seeds; since the pepper morita is very small, it can be left with the seeds.
- Put peppers in a saucepan and cover with water. Heat for approximately 15 minutes until softened; allow to cool slightly before placing them in the blender.
- Blend peppers, oregano, garlic clove and orange juice, until they have a smooth texture.
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan and add the sauce strained.
- Incorporate green beans into the sauce to cook them.
- Add the meat and cook for another 7 minutes approximately, to integrate the flavors.
- Rectify the seasoning and add salt and pepper if necessary.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
