On June 14, Toro Insurance Agency had its official Ribbon Cutting to present their new office and opened the doors to serve the Greater Kansas City community. Members of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the KCK Chamber of Commerce, and the community were in attendance to support Joaquin and his new business. Toro Insurance Agency focuses on business insurance, but also does home, car, and life policies as well.
Joaquin Toro, originally from Puerto Rico, has been a member of the Hispanic Chamber for 5 years. An insurance broker his entire career, Joaquin moved to KC in 2013 and began a new chapter in his life here in the United States.
In addition to his business endeavors, Joaquin has also served the community in countless ways. In 2016, Joaquin helped found the Puerto Rican Society of Greater Kansas City. He has also been sponsor of Unbound for over 15 years and served as a tireless volunteer for over 4 years.
For all the great work Joaquin had done and continues to do, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce commends him and wishes him all the success for him and his business.
