Air quality
One of the worst things, for those of us who live in the cities, is that in the hot season we generate a lot of “bad” ozone.
As we know, the earth has a natural layer of ozone in the stratosphere that protects the planet from ultraviolet radiation. Human activities generate gases that accumulate in a lower layer and are considered pollution.

This gas called “tropospheric ozone”, is the result of photochemical reactions due to the emission of gases from industrial activity and gas vehicles, and since the presence of sunlight is necessary, the highest concentrations occur during the spring-summer season, at noon, when solar radiation is highest.
The other problem is that both this ozone and its precursors are carried by the air currents to very distant places from where they originated, causing damage in rural areas.
When there are high concentrations of ozone, it is not recommended to have outdoor activities, because the air quality is not good and you can have respiratory problems, which although they aren’t serious, it is not worth exposing ourselves.
In the electronic boards placed on the main roads of the city, authorities indicate a day earlier, when the conditions for the formation of this gas can be given, and therefore they recommend to load gasoline in the afternoon when there is no sun.
Complying with this small inconvenience, helps a lot to improve the quality of the air we breathe and to fight environmental pollution.
Let's cooperate!
