Chicken salad

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breast
• 1 cup of peas
• 1 cup of carrots (peeled and diced)
• 1 cup of potatoes (peeled and diced)
• 1 cup of corn
• ½ cup of mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup of sour cream
• salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
• Cook chicken, let it cool and shred.
• In a large sauce pan, put all vegetables, add salt and bring to boil until all vegetables are tender, drain and set aside.
• In a mixing bowl add chicken, vegetables, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper,\.
• Mix well and serve with tortilla chips.
