Oven roasted lemon chicken

Ingredients
• 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp of olive oil
• ¼ tsp of salt
• ¼ tsp of black pepper
• 6 chicken drumstiks or chicken breast
• Preheat oven at 400 F.
• In a bowl, zest ½ a lemon, and squeeze (you will need approximately ¼ cup).
• Add oregano, garlic, oil, salt and pepper and mix perfectly.
• Remove skin from chicken.
• Spread the mixute over the chicken, put it bone-side-up in a hot pan and cover with foil.
• Roast for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and spoon the sauce over it to keep it from drynig.
• Bring temperature down to 350 F, remove foil and roast for another 30 minutes.
• Spoon the sauce over chicken every 10 minutes to keep it from drying.
