Cauliflower pizza
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup homemade tomato sauce
½ cup cherry tomato
½ cup white cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Basil leaves to decorate
¼ cup chopped bacon
Procedure:
• Preheat oven at 400° degrees F.
• Break the cauliflower into florets, shred using a cheese shredder. • Cook in microwave for 8 minutes.
• Drain well (put it on a towel to get all the moisture out).
• Let it cool.
• In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with eggs, cheese, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
• Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust.
• Bake for 20 minutes. • Add desired toppings and bake an additional 5-8 minutes.
