A healthy school break

The school break will begin soon due to the Christmas holidays and we face the challenge of feeding the children almost 7 times per day surrounded by food that is not healthy. Every time we think “and now what do I prepare for them to eat?” it is basically as if we face the challenge of making them eat for the first time because they don’t leave the nuggets and french fries, so we have to be creative to not fight and reach the goal that they eat vegetables. That’s why you have to prepare foods like a letter or car wheel soup that is not “easy fix”, from a can, or from a bottle. You must prepare the natural tomato sauce and when it is boiling you can add small chunks of meat or chicken and a bit of cilantro that will give it a very homey flavor and they won’t be able to resist. Another recommendation is that when you serve your kids’ food, you make shapes or faces with the fruit and vegetables so that they become excited when they sit at the table, but if you don’t want to leave your children with the appetite for fast food, then prepare it at home.

A good idea is to make your own pizza and now that there are recipes to make the base for a cauliflower pizza and you can prepare the tomato sauce; that way you will be more calm knowing that your children are eating enough vegetables.
